Abi contacted me for help with the launch of her album, The only way I learn (which was subsequently released in 8th November 2019 to great success!).

Abi asked me to create a classic layout that included her professional photography. Taking inspiration from some of her favourite album covers from female artists, we worked together to create the EP cover (the main event in this project!). The final result was a perfect match of sparkle and professionalism with colour and typography, and we continued this style throughout the CD digipack, which also included track listings and a heartfelt letter from Abi.
Social media assets
Launching an EP is always a big deal – and we knew that on Instagram this would call for ‘scroll-stopping’ visuals! Abi’s photoshoot by William Pavli provided us with the strong, impactful imagery we needed to create Instagram graphics that get noticed. They suited the launch campaign beautifully!
What the client thinks
Jackie expertly put together my EP artwork and created a stunning cover for digital and print! She listened to my initial ideas and seemed to know exactly what I was after, creating a series of design routes inspired by some of my favourite CD covers over time. The first time I saw the completed designs and showed them to my family and friends, we were speechless, they are really beautiful. She put the existing photo centre stage and really brought it out with fonts and colours that matched it. She was so patient and inspiring to work with, which I really valued, as I was releasing music for the first time and managing it myself which can be challenging.
